Shudder strikes southeastern Russia

Its epicenter was vis-a-vis 60 miles east of the Russian city of Kyzyl and 210 miles northeast of Ulaangom, Mongolia, the Geological Survey thought.The earthquake was relatively shallow, with a depth of four miles.The Russian Emergency Situations agency alleged it was transport a team of experts to assess the state.
